Description
On published entries, the edit page shows "publish" and "save draft" buttons. This doesn't seem right. There should be no "publish", because the item is already published. And "save draft" should be irrelevant. There should just be a "save" button.

Note: I don't actually know what the "save draft" button will actually do on a published entry. I'm not sure if it will create a duplicate entry in the drafts folder or just do the same thing as the publish button. Either way, it needs to go away.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Nothing entered.
