Description
Using the TinyMCE editor in the generic file editor for all .html and .htm files is a bit over-zealous. We have stupid conventions where we have HTML snippets that are expected to be one per line, like the sidebar links. Granted, this is dumb, but it's there, and the HTML editor messes with that format. We should have a checkbox or something to quickly toggle the editor on and off.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Click the "add custom links" link in the sidebar with tinymce plugin enabled. If you save the file, it will mess up the layout.
